Cara Mudah Menghafal Kosa – Kata (?)

Wkwkwk.

The Thing About Korean Drama

DOTS. I don’t really know whether this drama is a drama about love or about a special soldier.

Okay, honestly, this is going to be a short post I think. You guys know right that I’ve been learning Korean maybe for more than 7 months now. I’ve tried every resource that I can find, every free online lesson, and everythingΒ that has a “Korean” label on it. It was great you know, everything was worked out really well. Oh okay, maybe except for one thing.

If you read my previous post, I don’t know, I don’t think to say a “previous post” is the right thing to do, but anyway let’s move on. So the point is, I told you guys before, in several of my previous posts, the fact that I learned how to speak English purely by relying on New Girl drama.

I remember me, watching it for probably around 5 – 6 months, and then doing all the shadowing thing until all the sudden I can understand and maybe speak English quite good I think, even though it wasn’t that good like native English does.

So I tried to do the same thing with Korean, but I think it didn’t work out really well. Here’s why. If you are Korean drama fans, then you will definitely agree with me that, 85% – 95% of Korean drama is all nothing but the story about love.

I mean, American dramas are also full of a story about loveΒ and romantics thing, but they are not as cheesy as Korean drama I think. I mean, the genre is about medics or sci-fi, but in the end, everything turns out to be a cheap – cheesy romantic drama which I hate so much. WT*?

This kind of drama would be awesome too πŸ™‚ (https://scriptpipeline.com)

What’s wrong with Koreans? Please make a good story that not so focus on the cheesy love slow – mo drama kind of things. You know, maybe try to make the things like “Friends,” “New Girl,” “Lucifer,” “Sleepy Hollow,” etc. Stop with the repeatedly done slow – mo and the mixing up the genre things.

If the drama is about love, then do it consistently from the start to the end. If it is about supernatural, then be it from to the start till the end. Of course, there should be a little spice about love to complete the story, but it is not the main point!

Anyway, for K-drama lovers, if I offend you, I am truly sorry, I don’t mean it to become like that. You know, I too like K – drama, to begin with. But I am too disgusted now by the way the story always turns from the initial genre to the “romantic” kind of thing.

That’s all. Good night.

P.S: But please don’t do a remake of Game of Throne. It’s really an awful idea. Hahaha

Hello, everyone? This is my first story written in Korean! Honestly, I don’t really know what to write, but anyway since I am a big fan of IU, I will write about her then. Oh also, as from now on until the end of it, I will be referring IU as β€œnuna” in the Korean writing above. You know IU after you released your Pallete album and did maybe several concerts in the span of 1 week – 1 month, I have never seen you again, like really. Even though I know why you never show up again after releasing the new album, it still makes me a little sad right now. Well, even though I am quite sad right now, I still wish all the best for everything you do. Also, currently, I am unable to express my thought really well in Korean, but I will study harder so that, maybe, I can write my feelings better in the future. Β Hahaha.

Anyway, keep up your good work IU!

Bahasa Korea Sesudah Delapan Bulan dan Tindakan Selanjutnya

Ingin terbang rasanya~

Halo semua, apa kabar?

Ingin Berbicara Seperti Orang Korea Asli? Coba Cara Ini!

Orang Korea ngomongnya cepet banget!!!

Anki Korean Picture Based Vocabulary

Finally finally finally, I’ve hit 118 decks in total and more than 120 words for my Anki Korean picture-based vocabulary decks. I’m really happy because right now, I can easily recall the meaning more than half of the words (i.e. ~90 – 100 words) that was listed in my Anki decks. I know this is indeed a small progress, but small is better than having no progress at all! I think, my new Korean picture-based vocabulary flashcard is really an amazing thing and with it, I am able toΒ useΒ the Anki SRS algorithm for remembering words in a much more better way.

If you happened to read out my previous post, which is written in Indonesian language :p, you would haveΒ to know that I decided to make a prototype of the Korean picture – based flashcard. The flashcard is good, but it didn’t work out really well for me. Therefore, I tried to make a new one that is more eye-catching and easy to remember. Gladly I found how to do it. And, here’s the comparison of my old picture – based Anki deck versus the new one.
